Chef Laila El-Haddad will demonstrate unique recipes exploring the exquisite flavours of Gaza, while taking us on a journey through a region which may be geographically tiny but is home to culinary traditions as rich as the resilience and culture of the Gazan people.
Positioned between southern Arabia and the Mediterranean on an ancient spice route, Gazan cooking is distinct from other cuisines in the Levant.
