Bush Mechanics: The Exhibition @ National Motor Museum | Birdwood | South Australia | Australia

The highly anticipated museum exhibition of the popular Australian television series, Bush Mechanics, will be on display at the National Motor Museum, Birdwood until 7 July, before embarking on a national tour.

The exhibition will show the ingenuity of the bush mechanics in the context of Warlpiri storytelling, music and art and wider issues (motoring and non-motoring) affecting Aboriginal Australians.

Engaging mechanical interactives – made by artisan tinkerer and author of Blokes and Sheds Mark Thomson – will challenge visitors to match their skill against the challenges similar to those faced by the Bush Mechanics during their epic journeys in remote Australia.
